The Flying
Disc Dog Open -
FDDO (pronounced Fido) is a traveling event that usually makes three
stops a year. An awesome event organized by Bill Watters, a disc dog
guru, that features a challenging obstacle course. A must for all
levels of disc dog competitors.

Skyhoundz
Championship Series
- A national series of 6 Regional and 100 + local competitions run by
Peter Bloeme, the only man to win both the human and canine disc world
titles. Please visit their website for more details as pre-registration
is required for Regional events.

The Quadruped - An
exciting distance competition, the brain child of Jeff Hoot, that makes
one or two stops a year. Open to all levels of competitors. (You
should be able to throw a disc more than 20 or 30 yards.)

The
UFO - The UFO seeks
to put together a series of well run competitions to comprise a World
Cup Series of Frisbee® dog events, the result of which is to declare a
World Cup Champion Frisbee® dog team.
US Disc Dog Nationals
- Another championship series for disc dog enthusiast. Uses
rules created by the USDDN Steering Committee.

International Disc Dog Handlers Association
- The International Disc Dog Handlers' Association
(IDDHA) is a member-supported non-profit organization representing and
uniting the individual handlers, local and regional clubs and disc dogs
that make up the Canine Disc sport. IDDHA is the official sanctioning
body for Canine Disc trials and competitions worldwide. IDDHA recognizes
levels of achievement through

titling,
ranking
and
records.

K-9 Companion Zone (Dog Parks in Indpls, IN)
- This site is dedicated to providing the dog-friendly community in
Indianapolis a place to exchange information. They are a non-profit
organization working with
Indy Parks and Recreation
to develop and promote Canine Companion Zones (CCZ) within the
Indianapolis metro area.

Alliance for Responsible Pet Ownership
- The Alliance for Responsible Pet Ownership was conceived in 1998 by a
group of Indianapolis citizens concerned about the continuing high rate
of euthanasia in our city. ARPO seeks to unite animal-related businesses
and organizations in central Indiana for the purpose of promoting
responsible pet ownership and decreasing the number of companion animals
surrendered to shelters. ARPO is funded solely by donations and is
staffed entirely by volunteers.

Tails a Waggin Rescue, Inc.
- A non-profit, no-kill animal rescue and sanctuary that provides for
the medical needs and daily care of hundreds of animals every year. The
volunteers spend time with each and every animal they take in, providing
them with the love and affection that makes a difference in their
